Salad with Damatta Pork loin, cottage cheese, and honey vinaigrette


  • 1 pack of sliced Pork Loin
  • 1 pack of mixed salad greens
  • 2 cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoonful of honey
  • 10cl jerez vinegar
  • 30cl olive oil
  • Salt/spice to taste
  • 1) In a small pan heat the honey until it gets a little caramelized. Let it cool down a little, add the vinegar and the olive oil little by little, stirring with a whisk or in a blender with a hand blender.

  • 2) Cut the cottage cheese into cubes and season with salt and pepper.

  • 3) Place the salad base in a bowl, add the cheese, the slices of Pork loin, and add the vinaigrette.
