Sautéed prawns with spicy Damatta chorizo, mango, and lettuce


  • 1 Damatta spicy chorizo
  • 500 g prawns
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 mixed bag of lettuces
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1) Peel the prawns, leaving the head and tail on, season with salt and pepper.

  • 2) Cut the chorizo into cubes and place in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil over a low heat and sauté the chorizo until crispy.

  • 3) Peel and dice the mango, cut the red onion into half-moons.
