Torned Eggs” with Chorizo Extra Damatta


  • 1 pack Damatta Extra Chorizo
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 pack of fine potato sticks
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tea salt
  • qb parsley
  • qb black pepper
  • 1) In a frying pan, sauté the previously chopped chorizo. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown and remove from the pan. Put aside.

  • 2) In the same frying pan, sauté the sliced onion and the peppers cut into strips. About 4 minutes, until softened.

  • 3) Add the chorizo again, wrap, and add the potato sticks. Mix well.
