Grilled Damatta fine pork sausage with pea stew

Ingredients

  • 2 Damatta sausages
  • 50 g chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 300 g peas
  • Bay leaf
  • 30 g diced tomatoes
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1) In a pan add the onion, garlic, and bay leaf together with a dash of olive oil and simmer until the onion is brown.

  • 2) Add the peas and an additional 1 dl of water or broth, finish with the diced tomatoes and mint leaves.

  • 3) Grill the sausage and serve with the pea stew.
