Selected Smoked Bacon and Mozzarella Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of 120g Damatta Selected Smoked Bacon
  • 250g mozzarella minis cheese balls
  • sesame seeds
  • cherry tomatoes
  • stoned black olives
  • country lettuce
  • 1) Place the Selected Smoked Bacon slices in a non-stick pan and heat until crispy.

  • 2) Drain the mini mozzarella and wrap them in sesame seeds.

  • 3) Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap around the mini mozzarella and thread onto small wooden skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes and olives.
