Damatta Cured Ham Pizza, goat’s cheese, black olives, and rocket

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of 300g Damatta Appetizer cured Ham
  • 1 kg bread flour (type 00)
  • 600 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 g baker’s yeast (2 sachets))
  • 1 pack tomato sauce
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs q.b. (optional)
  • 1 roll of goat cheese
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 1 pack of pitted black olives
  • 1) Mix the yeast with a little flour, the sugar, and enough water to bind everything together. In the mixer use the dough hook adapter and add the flour, the water and start beating slowly. When it's already a connected dough add the olive oil, the salt and the yeast mixture. Beat for 10 minutes, remove to a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 1 hour.

  • 2) Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • 3) o roll out the dough, generously sprinkle the countertop with flour so the dough does not stick. Roll out with a rolling pin until it is max 1cm thick.

  • 4) Spread the tomato sauce evenly and then the cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes in halves and Damatta Smoked Ham in the desired quantity. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top and place in the oven on baking paper, bake for 15 to 20 minutes*.

  • 5) Place the rocket after the pizza is ready and cut. *Average preparation time varies according to the specific characteristics of each equipment.
