Damatta salami with white bean salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of sliced Damatta salami
  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Olive oil to taste
  • White wine vinegar to taste
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1) In a frying pan, fry part of the salami cut into strips with a drizzle of olive oil until crispy. Remove to a paper towel and allow the fat to cool. Add vinegar and stir to emulsify.
