Gran Reserva Damatta cured ham with melon and mint yoghurt


  • 1 pack of 100g sliced Gran Reserva Damatta cured ham
  • 1 melon
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch mint
  • Drops of lemon juice
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1) For the yoghurt and mint sauce, finely chop the mint, add it to the yoghurt and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  • 2) Dice the melon and arrange on a plate with the ham.

  • 3) Serve the sauce on the side.
