Damatta cured ham with scrambled eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Sliced Damatta Cured Ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cherry tomatoes in halves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • Basil or another aromatic herb to taste
  • 1) Put the onion and the tomato in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil, let it brown a bit and add the damatta ham.

  • 2) Add the eggs and cook until the desired texture is achieved.
