Ingredients
1) Bring the water to the boil to cook the pasta.
2) In a bowl mix together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, chopped chives and stir until smooth.
3) Boil the pasta and once cooked, drain, and immediately pour into the pan.
4) While the pasta is still hot, add the egg and cream mixture and stir well because only the residual heat from the pasta will cook the eggs.
5) Then add the appetizer Damatta cured ham.
6) Add the pine nuts and serve.
