Selected Smoked Bacon with mushroom ravioli


  • 1 pack of selected smoked bacon
  • 1 pack of ravioli
  • 30 g flaked parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1) Boil the ravioli in plenty of water, drain and set aside (follow the instructions on the pasta package).

  • 2) Cut the selected smoked bacon into small strips.

  • 3) In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms, the bacon strips, add the cream and let it reduce a little. Add the ravioli and dress with the parmesan and thyme leaves.
