Penne carbonara with appetizer cured ham Damatta and pine nuts


  • 1 packet of Damatta appetizer ham
  • 1 packet of penne pasta
  • 50 g toasted pine nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 100 ml cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1) Bring the water to the boil to cook the pasta.

  • 2) In a bowl mix together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, chopped chives and stir until smooth.

  • 3) Boil the pasta and once cooked, drain, and immediately pour into the pan.

  • 4) While the pasta is still hot, add the egg and cream mixture and stir well because only the residual heat from the pasta will cook the eggs.

  • 5) Then add the appetizer Damatta cured ham.

  • 6) Add the pine nuts and serve.
