Damatta cured ham, tomato, and rocket bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of sliced Damatta cured ham
  • 1 baguette (or other type of bread)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

 

  • 1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • 2) Slice the bread in 1 cm slices, place in an oven tray, pour some olive oil and season with salt. Place in the oven for a few minutes to toast the bread.

  • 3) Remove from the oven, scatter a clove of garlic over the entire surface of the toast, cut the tomato into thin slices and arrange on the toast (or also scrape off a tomato wedge) along with some rocket leaves. Make some rolls of cured ham, place them on top and pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over them.
