“Rocambole” with Damatta Pork Loin and cream cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of sliced Damatta Pork loin
  • 1 packet of tramezzini bread (or crustless flat bread)
  • Cream cheese
  • Spinach or basil leaves to taste
  • 1)  Lay the slices of bread side by side on a board and spread them with the cream cheese.

  • 2) Place the slices of pork loin and the spinach leaves on top of the spreadable slices, roll them up like a pie and serve. 

  • 3) Tip: this recipe can be made with other Damatta sliced products.
